CANCELLATIONS

Due to our limited capacity, we are frequently at 100% capacity.  This forces us to turn down many requests due to being booked out in advance.  When dogs are picked up early, or reservations are changed/canceled without adequate notice, we are often unable to fill the remaining time made available.  We also understand that plans change and trips sometimes end before they begin.  As a result, the following policies are in place for cancellations and refund:

a) reservations scheduled during off-peak seasons requires a 2-night ($90) non-refundable deposit, with the deposit available to use as a credit towards future boarding or training

b) reservations falling on peak seasons* requires a 4-night ($180) non-refundable deposit, with the deposit available to use as a credit towards future boarding or training

*peak seasons are 3 days before, during, and 3 days after federal holiday periods
